If you have a maintenance or repair request you would like to make, please do so by using the Maintenance Manager app which is available for both Android and Apple devices.

If your request is an emergency, please log the job and call your property manager as soon as you can to ensure they have received the notification. Please only call your property manager during business hours 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday for all non-emergency reasons.

CONTACTING YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER

Property management is a busy job, we are on the road constantly. If you want to contact your property manager, give us a call anytime between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. If we don’t answer right away, send us an email and at the next opportunity, you will hear back from us.

If you call or email us out of hours, we will endeavour to respond as soon as we are back in the office during working hours. Alternatively, if you are calling out of hours for an emergency reason such as a gas leak or major water leak, call us and follow up with a text stating the emergency if we do not answer right away.

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Property inspection coming up? Don’t stress! We aren’t here to judge how you live, you are allowed to live in your home. What we are checking is that the house is safe, and is being treated with a level of respect we expect. A property inspection is also a great time for you to submit any repair or maintenance issues to
Maintenance Manager.

What are SOME of the inspection requirements?
Mould in bathroom, ceilings and window-frames
Cleanliness of oven, benchtops and sinks
Signs of leaks
Garden and lawns are maintained
Rubbish is not left on property
Smoke detectors are functioning
Lightbulbs are all working.
