Our team organise the event from start to finish - that means liaising with council for permits, working with the community to arrange floats and of course arranging for the fun and laughter at the end of the parade as we celebrate all that Greenhithe and Christmas mean to us all.
Harbour SportAs well as being the naming sponsor of the Harcourts Cooper & Co Shore to Shore Fun Run that is organised by Harbour Sport we are also enthusiastic supporters of two other events that they organise - The Massey University Harbour Sport Excellence Awards and the Mud Monster Mud Rush. Over the years we have been thrilled to see clubs that we support being nominated, and at times winning, the Harcourts Cooper & Co Club of the Year Award and seeing some of those hard-working referees contesting the Harcourts Cooper & Co Referee/Umpire of the Year Award as well. Over recent years we have also provided one of our award winning auctioneers to help raise funds for The Hand Up Fund.
SPCAWorking in conjunction with David Ding, our number 2 sales consultant in 2017/18, we are so proud to be the event sponsors for SPCA Auckland. Already David has shown his support by being sponsored to jump out of a plane, had his team baking up a storm for Cupcake Day and supporting the inaugural Walk Your Dog to the Moon event happening on 3 November 2018. Breast Cancer CureWe are very proud to support Breast Cancer Cure throughout the year in particular with the Greenhithe Pink High Tea and the Mairangi Bay Village Lawn Party. Our Managing Director, Martin Cooper, is also a very proud board member of Breast Cancer Cure and the charity auctioneer of choice for the Fashion for a Cure events run across New Zealand.
Harcourts Cooper & Co North Shore Run SeriesOne Sunday every January, February & March thousands of people turn up ready to run or walk the Albany Lakes Summer Series. It’s an awesome event where every competitor is celebrated, recognised and encouraged and we are thrilled that we can help bring this event to the North Shore.
Hospice North ShoreWe’ve supported Hospice North Shore in a number of different ways over a number of years including a fashion show for 3 years, the golf day for the last few years and the Front Up For Hospice inaugural event. We’re looking forward to continue to support Hospice as and when they need just like they support the people in our community in need.

Harcourts Cooper & Co Shore to Shore Fun RunWhat can be better than family and friends enjoying the beautiful Takapuna and Milford beaches while being fit and healthy together. Harcourts Cooper & Co are now the very proud supporters of the Fun Run, organised by Sport North Harbour, with over 4,500 attendees. It’s a fun event starting at Takapuna Grammar School and finishing with a massive celebration of school tents, barbecues and prizes galore and it’s a must do for families here on the beautiful North Shore.

As we said for Northern Football Federation we genuinely believe that following the rules, doing the right thing and being seen to do what’s right is incredibly important so we are proud to offer assistance to referees. And we aren’t just committed to rugby - we also support our Northern Football Federation referees.
Birkenhead United AFCThere’s not too many times we don’t think blue is the best colour ever but we’re prepared to take on another colour every now and again and that colour is RED. Birkenhead United supporters, also known as the Red and White army, are totally behind their teams and so are we. You’ll see our branding on the front of the home strip and on the back of the away strip for the Prem team as well as the Under 17s and Under 19s as well as the odd sign or two around the grounds. Pop on down to Shepherds Park and enjoy a game or two - some call it the beautiful game and they may just be right.
Harcourts Cooper & Co Pole VaultAt the Auckland Track Challenge in 2017 we were the naming sponsors of the Pole Vault competition where Eliza McCartney beat the NZ record (which she has subsequently gone on to beat yet again). What a fabulous fun family day it was and we look forward to supporting New Zealand Athletics next time they hold an event in the North Harbour area.

Christmas by the LakeThis is what a community event is all about - the Auckland Symphony Orchestra sharing the stage with local school choirs singing Christmas Carols on a beautiful summer evening with fireworks as a fitting end to a great night at Lake Pupuke, Milford. Harcourts Cooper & Co have been the proud supporters of this free event since it started back in 2015 and we love it. Families enjoying time together, food trucks serving up delicious meals and an amazing community atmosphere.
North Harbour Junior RugbyAs the proud supporters of the Primary and Intermediate School tournaments we love seeing all the kids playing come rain or shine, with shoes and without and playing with determination and sportsmanship. Celebrating health and well being within our communities is important to us and giving children the opportunity to get out and run around, learn the importance of team work and fair play is also something we love to do. We are proud to also provide Player of the Day medals.
Browns Bay Lawn Party – High TeaThe Harcourts Cooper & Co Badminton North Harbour Centre is the new home of badminton on the North Shore. We are excited to be involved in a sport that is favoured by young and not so young, male and female, as well as the many different cultures here on the North Shore. Badminton North Harbour are recognised across the country as a highly successful organisation and we are proud to assist them in raising the bar even more. With their teams, and individual players, already ranking top in New Zealand the sky is the limit.
Greenhithe Pink High TeaThis annual fund raiser has been running for over 12 years now and was started by our Branch Manager there, Leigh Mosley. Leigh has grown the event from a small gathering at a private home to this year’s event that had 196 tickets sold and raised over $34,000 for Breast Cancer Cure. Each year the Greenhithe team connect with their local community to sell tickets, arrange prizes and put on an event that is better year after year.
The Village Lawn PartyHaving seen the success of the Pink High Tea the Mairangi Bay office decided to get behind the Breast Cancer Cure cause as well and in 2017 ran the inaugural Mairangi Bay Village Lawn Party. With 226 tickets sold, both a diamond ring and a pair of diamond earrings raffle prize as well as over 100 both silent and live auctions the event raised over $32,000 in the one afternoon. This year they will be striving to raise even more when they run the 2nd Village Lawn Party at the Mairangi Bay Bowling Club on Sunday 11 November.
