We will once again be serving bubbles with the first glass being included in your ticket price and then available to purchase by the glass or bottle. Unfortunately this means you cannot bring your own but if you do we will be happy to hold it for you until the end of the event – you’ll be pleased to know that all profit from the sale of bubbles (like the rest of the event) will go to Breast Cancer Cure.
We are looking forward to this year’s event and excited at being able to have more space for this year’s Village Lawn Party. We have chosen to limit the number of seats to just 194 rather than the previous 224 so that those who attend have more space to move around, mingle with friends and make their way to the silent auction area more easily. With slightly less seats available tickets will be even more scarce than last year so we encourage you to book your table of 8 as soon as possible (we do have a table or two set aside for individuals or smaller groups but why not get a table together of friends, family or work colleagues and make an afternoon of it?).
Like last year we will have some amazing live auctions, masses of silent auction items and raffles aplenty. And don’t forget to keep an eye out for that very special raffle we will be running again this year featuring some beautiful jewellery that is limited to only 100 tickets with each ticket costing $25. At our last fundraiser this went so well we sold out in less than 10 minutes so make sure you get in quick!
Please don’t forget that this is a fundraiser for a very important cause – Breast Cancer Cure – so we encourage you to bring your eft-pos card or cash, raise your hand at the live auctions, buy additional raffle tickets and bid generously on the silent auction items that have been so generously donated by our local community, local businesses and the Harcourts Cooper & Co business partners and staff. It’s going to be a great afternoon and we’d love to see you there.
If you are able to help in any way we would appreciate it. We are always looking for items for the auctions, if you are able to help with the catering we definitely won’t say no and if you aren’t able to attend or help but would like to donate we are taking donations which will be included in the final amount donated to Breast Cancer Cure.
