Harcourts Cooper & Co Branch Manager Support David Carrel knows exactly what the magic word for industry success is: trust. David reckons trust is everything in business. “I know first-hand that success follows energy, enthusiasm, market knowledge, honesty, communication and hard work,” David says. “But overriding all that is trust, because it is everything to people making big decisions to know and trust with confidence that their Harcourts sales consultant will have their client’s interests at the forefront of everything they do.” Starting in real estate sales in 1997, David won top branch honours in residential sales with another agency for nine years – eight times consecutively. Following this he has also been an Orewa real estate branch manager for 10 years, developing many strong relationships on the Coast with colleagues and in the wider community, and says the area’s beachside lifestyle is second-to-none. “We are very lucky to live in such a beautiful place, with a mix of communities and a real family vibe that provides a fabulous coastal lifestyle for everyone, yet so close to everything Auckland City has to offer.
