Nikki started her working life in Auckland's first five-star hotel receiving world class hospitality training. She then joined new airline Ansett New Zealand again providing exceptional customer service and moving throughout the company before becoming Inflight Food & Beverage Manager. Nikki created a gourmet grocery store and cafe in Whangaparaoa mid-late 2000's and since then has been working to support a variety of businesses and industries including local media publishing, health & safety and international art practice. For fun she dabbles in acting, appearing in TV commercials, short-films and video, along with tackling some of New Zealand's great walks and travelling the country in her camper van 'Stevie'.
