After three years as General Manager of the Northern Region for Harcourts NZ (covering 60 offices from Kaitaia to Pukekohe), Tim has moved his family to the sunny Hibiscus Coast to lead the Millwater, Silverdale and Orewa offices for Harcourts Cooper and Co. Tim established himself as a top performer early in his career, but has gone on to build an extensive background in driving sales and business performance, having honed his skills in a range of sales leadership roles both in New Zealand and overseas. His ability to leverage systems, structure, and people, has led to an amazing track record of success. Friendly and approachable by nature, Tim is a keen marketer, expert negotiator and has the eye for detail, making him the perfect partner to support your agent, and you, in the buying/selling of your property.
