Chris Triscott
Sales & Marketing Consultant

Chris Triscott clearly remembers the proudest moment in his real estate career. After working tirelessly seven days a week to establish himself in the industry, he finally received his first unsolicited incoming call from a client asking him to list their property. “That was the moment I realised I was in the right place and utilising my highly-developed interpersonal skills and the sales acumen from 20 years in the corporate sector in the best way,” Chris remembers. “I now have $66 million in recorded sales, and I love what I do for my clients every single day." English-born Chris believes his personable and approachable style has ensured his continuous success. Known among colleagues as visionary, persistent, down-to-earth and someone who works with utmost integrity, he has lived on the Hibiscus Coast for nearly 20 years and wouldn’t move anywhere else. A keen Liverpool FC fan and F1 fanatic, Chris says clients who entrust their real estate dreams with him can expect nothing less than exceptional service, focus and perseverance in getting the job done right. His success in sales, business development and marketing in the corporate sector is reflective of the expectations his clients should expect from him now. “As a vendor, your objective is to maximise the sale price of your property,” Chris says. “My role as an experienced marketer and negotiator is to help you do that with as little stress as possible. I am passionate about the complete satisfaction of my clients and their future prosperity, and I believe in complete honesty with a straight-forward approach and open communication. “I can honestly say that I love every aspect of my real estate career and I really enjoy developing and maintaining solid relationships with those who choose me as their real estate professional. It just can’t be beaten as a profession.” Chris, who has brought up his son and daughter locally, enjoys every aspect of living on the Coast. His daughter is now an adult, and Chris enjoys hanging out with his 16-year-old son “before he doesn’t need me as much anymore.” They undertake dad/son activities as much as possible in their beautiful backyard of the Hibiscus Coast. “If you are wanting a sales consultant who will not disappoint, and who will put you first every time in their quest to achieve your real estate aspirations, contact me and I will show you what I can do for you,” Chris says. “I love what I do, you won’t regret giving me a call.”
