My Reply: An Exceptional Personalised Service armed with • Attention To Detail with a Creative Flair • Clear and Concise Communication • Integrity and Discretion • Market and Industry Knowledge • Strong Negotiation Skills • Strong Work Ethic • Leading to a Successful Result …with a little bit of fun and humour thrown in My depth of experience with sales, marketing and contract negotiation is extensive having held senior management roles; including Sales and Marketing Manager, General Manager, Managing Director; and have owned several Businesses within New Zealand. I bring a powerful skillset from my career spanning 30+ years, all of which I have been very passionate and very successful, including multiple company awards. I have worked with many reputable and successful New Zealand and Asia-Pacific clients across various industries including Manufacturing, Medical, and Transportation; within diverse market segments including Architecture, Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Interior Design, Security and Defence; and Diagnostic Laboratory Automation. The North Shore is where I have spent a large part of my life. Born in Devonport and resided in Northcote, Birkdale and Greenhithe. I competed for Calliope Athletics Club as a junior, then switched to North Shore Bays as a senior. Representing both clubs; as well at school level and received many championship awards as well as holding several club records. Another sporting passion was Netball playing at A grade level at the North Shore Netball courts; and later took up Ballroom and Latin American dancing (through Dance Sport NZ) which earned me a New Zealand title. Rodney District and The Hibiscus Coast has also been integral in my life having lived in Mahurangi West, Red Beach and Orewa. For many years I was a member of the Kumeu Rotary Club and fundraised for various groups and charities; and was the newsletter editor, keynote speaker and vocational officer during my tenure. To further add to my skill set I am studying Interior Design and Décor. This area has been a favourite past time of mine and I will be more than happy to impart my knowledge if any client requires advice. Before I finish with a favourite quote of mine; if I can be a conduit between helping you sell and buy your new nest, I would love to be a part of your journey. “Some people look for a beautiful place, others make a place beautiful…”
