Amy Wagstaff is excited about the future for Harcourts’ clients in the northern reaches of the Auckland region. As leader of the exceptional team of sales professionals in the Warkworth, Snells Beach and Matakana offices that have been acquired by Harcourts Cooper & Co this month, Amy says she is looking to the future with relish.

“We are very energised by the changes being made and the benefits we and, most importantly, our clients will now experience from having New Zealand’s largest and most successful Harcourts franchise supporting us all the way,” Amy says.

“Harcourts’ clients in the upper Auckland region have something very tangible to celebrate with this rebrand, and we look forward to offering a new array of Cooper & Co products that will assist them in being successful with their real estate aspirations.”

With a trifecta of marketing, property and leadership skills under her belt, Amy’s real estate career has soared in the two decades she has been in the industry.

With experience in the United States and New Zealand, she has utilised her Bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing and public relations to achieve early success, and has led as branch manager since 2013 and business owner from 2016.

Living locally in Matakana with her husband and three young children, Amy is passionate about giving back to the community, and has led her team in supporting not-for-profit groups such as Hospice, Rodney Women’s Centre, Creative Matakana, Omaha Surf Club, Matakana School and various local sporting clubs and events.

“Having the arsenal of benefits that Cooper & Co brings – such as a dedicated Community Support team, an award-winning auction team, an industry-topping property management division and more than 300 sales consultants working for every property – means our clients will achieve service that simply can’t be beaten,” Amy says. “Visit for a chat, and I’ll prove it to you.”
