Milford village is an easy walk away with its supermarkets, cafes and eclectic selection of boutique shopping. Because the area is so flat, it’s easy to get around by foot or pedal power. The property is in-zone for some of the North Shore’s leading high schools too, including Westlake Boys, Westlake Girls and Takapuna Grammar.
