10 activities you can do with your kids these spring school holidays

There is plenty on to keep the kids entertained during school holidays. From theatre shows, to art week to free exhibitions, there is something for everyone. Here is our list of 10 activities to to do these school holidays.

1. Take your family along to see a live theatre show:

  • Airplay at the Bruce Mason – Saturday 13th October  and Sunday 14th October.
  • Caterpillars live theatre show at the Auckland Museum – Friday 5th October.
  • The Composer is Dead at the Bruce Mason – Saturday 6th October.
  • Bad Jelly the Witch at The PumpHouse Theatre – Thursday 4th October – Saturday 13th October.

7. Spring School Holidays – Puzzling Planets at the Auckland Stardome Observatory Planetarium.

  • Space room fun, rocket launching, planetarium show, and much more. Don’t forget to book as seats will fill up fast.

8. The Chocolate and coffee show at the Cloud, Queens Wharf, Auckland

9. Pet and Animal Expo 2019. Need we say more.

  • Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th October 2018 – 10am -5pm.
